The Bylaws and Corporate Kit Package includes everything except for the initial incorporation documents that you file with your state and the related instructions and resources.

If you are just now starting your Incorporation, you will want to order the Complete Incorporation Package and go through our Step-by-Step process to file you corporate documents. The Corporate Kit and the remainder of your documents that are not filed with the state are also included and operate off of the same central information database that you will complete while completing your initial incorporation documents. Once your initial Incorporation documents are created and the database information is completed. you can merge your other doucuments in a matter of seconds.

Both Packages also contain our approximately 80 legal document Small Business Package which includes various corporate resolutions, agreements, and other items that are needed by most businesses.
