Corporate Directors Colorado Law requires each corporation to have a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors in a Colorado corporation may consist of one or more persons. Each Director must be at least 18 years of age. Directors do not need to be residents of the state of incorporation. All corporate powers of a corporation are exercised by or under the authority of the Board of Directors.
